Gather for the National Day of Prayer, May 2, 12:00 p.m. at Main Plaza.
This annual event, beginning in 1988, offers time to pause, reflect, and pray for the wellbeing of our nation. Mayor Ron Nirenberg will read the city proclamation at Noon and will be followed by prayer led by student, military, and religious leaders in the community.
Pre-service music begins at 11:30 a.m. and those in need of one-to-one prayer support are encouraged to arrive early for individualized connection. Chairs and water provided. All are welcome!
