H.I.I.T. 'High Intensity Interval Training' is a total-body strength and conditioning session combined with cardio plyometrics. This unique and fun class includes weight training exercises broken up with explosive cardiovascular exercises that burn tons of calories, and help improve balance, strength, speed, and agility. All fitness levels welcome! $10 drop-in
C.O.R.E. 35 'Cardiovascular Optimizing Resistance Exercise' is a 35min lunch-time training session that include total body strength & conditioning exercises utilizing TRX suspension trainers, resistance bands, basic yoga postures and both weighted and non-weighted functional movements for a high/low cardiovascular endurance challenge that will keep you in the fat burning zone, tone and define your physique in the shortest time possible. All fitness levels welcome! $10 drop-in
RIO SAFE 'Self Defense Readiness Coarse' In this 1.5-hr coarse students will learn Situational Awareness, FEAR Management, and some of the most 'Realistic' Self Defense curriculum available today. Sessions encompass a mix of psychological mindset training, physical drills & scenarios. All fitness levels welcome! $30 drop-in.
