Missouri’s Central Methodist University, chartered in 1854, was one of the first colleges west of the Mississippi. A small university by today’s standards, the institute has enjoyed an exemplary instrumental and vocal music program for over a century.
Founded in 1932 the choir were among the first college groups perform live on radio in Kansas City and have performed nationwide since. The talented group currently performs more than 25 concerts each year. Recent highlights have included In performances at the International Methodist General Conference in Portland, Oregon, at historic locations in Washington DC with a final concert at the National Cathedral and in Nashville, Tennessee where they performed with the Nashville Symphony. But, with all this history, for the first time this talented group will journey to San Antonio! Join us for a rare opportunity to hear and meet these talented performers!
